When LGOSystems sends email to you
  • When you purchase a product

    When you purchase a product from LGOSystems through the Kagi online store, Kagi will send you a confirming email.

    If it is necessary to provide you with additional information which is directly relevant to your purchase (for example, your permanent software licence details), LGOSystems will also send you an email containing the relevant information.

  • When you ask for support

    Whenever you ask for support, LGOSystems will reply via email. If it is necessary to send you more than one reply in order to completely answer your question or to provide you with the service or information that you asked for, we will do so.

    If you ask for support but subsequently change your mind, simply write to us and ask us to cancel your request for support.

  • If you opt-in to an LGOSystems mailing list

    When you purchase a product from LGOSystems through the Kagi online store, you are given the opportunity to be added to LGOSystems' mailing lists (strictly opt-in).

    LGOSystems currently maintains one mailing list for each product, plus a general list for new-product announcements.

    Every email sent via our mailing lists will contain information telling you how you can have your name removed from the list. If you know that your email address is on one of our mailing lists and you want to change it or have it removed, or if you would like to be added to one of our mailing lists, please write to our support mailbox (given below) and we will take the necessary action promptly.
When you send email to LGOSystems
  • Solicited email

    All customers, whether existing or prospective, and all organisations with which LGOSystems has a commercial relationship, are encouraged to write to LGOSystems at any time. We maintain two general mailboxes for this purpose:
    Sales Address
    for general sales-related questions, including the re-issue of lost licence keys
    Support Address
    for all support-related questions, including requests to be removed from or added to one of our mailing lists
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam)

    LGOSystems Pty Ltd expressly states that it does not wish to receive unsolicited bulk email (spam) from any person or organisation. LGOSystems also expressly refuses permission for any person or organisation to assume or infer consent to send unsolicited bulk email to LGOSystems.

    Whenever you send an email message to an address in the lgosys.com domain, you warrant that your message is not unsolicited bulk email.

    If you are not prepared to warrant that your message is not unsolicited bulk email, please do not send the message.
