SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS
Please describe the platform on which the problem occurs. Include the characteristics of your Macintosh (Power Mac, PowerBook, iMac, iBook; G3 vs G4; CPU Speed; amount of RAM installed, third-party hardware which may be implicated, etc).
Which version of Mac OS X does this problem occur on (eg 10.4.3)? Is this a standard Apple release or are you using a developer pre-release?
DOCUMENTATION
Do you have a data file which causes this problem? Will you be able to provide a copy on request?
Has the product crashed? Do you have logging turned on? Will you be able to provide copies of the crash logs upon request?
Have you looked in the console window to see if any evidence appears there? Will you be able to provide that information on request?
